We were very lucky to have Len come to our home to fix our 2006 Compaq computer. Len's name came to us through our Neighborhood emails. I called him on Friday, as he was leaving Palo Alto from another job. He immediate answered the phone and said he could turn around and would be here in about 30 minutes. He did just that! He was fantastic. He cleaned off all the things that got 'mysteriously' installed that had Firefox crashing every time I went to the internet. He explained everything to us in simple terms and on my limited understanding of the computer, it all made sense. I don't think the computer has ever worked this well even when we bought it! All is good and the customer service from Len was outstanding. He knows his business and has years of experience working for Apple, Cisco and many others. I for one am glad is has ventured out on his own to help all of us who do not have our own in house IT folks to call when something goes upside down. I highly recommend Len
